How to book a session
I offer flexible, sensory-friendly Telehealth counselling across Australia for people navigating chronic illness, disability, neurodivergence, grief, and identity loss. Sessions are tailored to your needs — no pressure, no expectations, just a gentle space to feel heard and supported.
To begin, click the button below. You’ll be able to select your preferred appointment day/time, and have the option to mention any accessibility requirements. Please note: A 50% payment is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balanced charged at the end of our session together. Once you’ve made your booking… keep an eye on your inbox, where I’ll be in touch to confirm your info and provide the Zoom link for our session.
I look foward to walking this journey, together — at your pace, in your way.
Cancellation Policy
Gentle Boundaries for a Flexible Practice
I understand that life with chronic illness, disability, or caring responsibilities can be unpredictable. Your health, energy, and circumstances may change — and that’s okay.
Here’s how cancellations and rescheduling work at Nurturing Now:
Cancelling or Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before your session with no fee.
If you cancel less than 12 hours before your session, a 50% cancellation fee may apply — unless it’s due to a health flare, emergency, or access barrier. Just let me know.
If you don’t attend your session and haven’t contacted me, the full session fee may be charged.
How to Cancel
You can cancel via email (nurturingnowcounselling@gmail.com), via editing your booking on my booking platform, or by filling in my contact form.
If you need to cancel due to a flare, fatigue, or unexpected event, please feel free to use brief language — no need to explain in detail. I get it, and I’ve been there too.
Compassion First
I aim to be flexible and understanding. If you’re struggling to keep appointments due to health or life circumstances, we can work together to find a rhythm that suits you — including shorter sessions, check-ins, or pause periods. No judgement.
